Intro to Trail Running Clinic Series for Women and Gender-Diverse Runners

In October 2023 we introduced 20+ runners in a weekly series that incorporated trail running 101, strength and fitness, and safety on the trails. For the last session, we were transported by Park Bus to the Athletics Ontario Trillium Running Festival at Pinehurst Lake Conservation Area. This event built community and was an opportunity to test our enhanced trail running skills at a fun weekend run.
